REAL MAGIC BATHING :: All Time Greatest Bio-Hack
If you’ve found your way to this page and you’re reading this page, then this magic is for you. Let synchronicity and your divine curiosity allow you to explore new ways of being…
In the spirit of using time wisely and being more mindful, we suggest turning daily cleansing routines into Rituals of Self-care & Self-Creation by consciously adding elements of intention and creativity into the mix.
You don’t need to understand the complexities of magic and ceremony, endorphins and neuroscience, hydrotherapy, or even meditation. It’s all about doing The Great Work in Divine Play! Simply use the power of water and your imagination to conjure up feelings and visions that can help you rewire your body-mind and transmute your inner obstacles into outer pathways towards making your life a beautiful and true work of Art.
A daily bathing practice like this creates change on every level - body/mind/soul. Use these steps as a trail guide to get you started, and feel free to explore and evolve the steps along the way as you and your life begin to change as a result. The more creative, intentional and attentive you are, the more powerful your ability to manifest will become.
One key principle we recommend is Quality Over Quantity:
Start by working on manifesting qualities of character within yourself and let the material world around you change as a result. We’ve found from experience that manifesting qualities (like the ones suggested below) brings about more authentic and positive changes than focusing all your attention on manifesting material things.

1) THE DRAWING OF THE RITUAL BATH
Set your intention by setting the mood. Work with color, sound, and scent through lighting and incense. If you are so inclined, create a bath altar and a good playlist. Begin by tuning in to your physical body, and relax with some deep breaths. Imagine you’re surrounded by and breathing in a warm white and golden light and just chill out and relax into it. Imagine that as you set the space that you’re also filling it with Light. Take some time to connect to your intentions while you set the mood of the space with the colors, scents, and even images that symbolize the answers to the two great questions of a truly creative life:
1) What do I want to create or receive?
2) What do I want to let go of?
2) WORKING WITH INTENTION IN THE BATH
Once your bath is drawn and you are clear on your intentions, try forming them into mantras by working with simple power statements that go something like this:
I choose to receive_________(a wealth of manifest love, freedom, ease, compassion, my true voice, my true calling, wisdom, grace, patience, a sense of humor - you get the idea, big heartfelt qualities of character and self awareness)
I choose to let go of __________(fear, arrogance, victimhood, impatience, self-importance, self-condemnation, shame - all the fearful, ego-driven little devils within us all…)
As you enter the bathor shower, keep breathing deeply and relax into the warm water. Imagine that the water is light and it’s flowing through you and around you. Be present with these feelings and try to make them as complete and full a mind-body experience as you can (this is the neuroscience part). As you conjure and invoke the Light, start to run energy to your mantras by repeating them either silently in your mind or aloud to yourself. Sing them, chant them or just say them with a sense of play and lightness. Keep the energy moving by saying them as you feel them during the rest of the bath ritual whenever it feels good.
3) CLEANSING HABITS AS RITUALS OF SELF-CARE & SELF-CREATION
Washing and nourishing your body-mind-soul temple with natural products that are essential-oil-based brings an ancient element of blessing, purification, and magic into the bath. Essential oils are considered to be the soul of the plant. It’s a big blessing of modern life to have such easy affordable access to these little miracles of the plant kingdom. They are highly concentrated aromatic treasures. And since Magic is the art of turning your trash into treasure - you can view plants and their essences as helpers along the path of Self-care & self-creation.
At first this approach may take some time to get used to. Very soon, though, you will notice deep inner and outer changes in yourself and your world. When you have the time you can get as detailed and indulgent as you wish. When you’re pinched for time just focus your attention on your mantras and imagine the water is Light, and let it do its thing.
When you’re done with each bath ritual, take the feelings with you. Keep using your mantras whenever you want and whenever you feel you need it. Using mantras is way to break the ego loops, quiet the monkey mind by consistently choosing to turn your mind towards the qualities of mind and heart you deeply wish to embody when you’re in moments of great stress. You don’t have to believe it yet. Indeed, in the beginning your ego will not think it’s working at all. But it does work simply because energy is always doing things and the mind directs energy through intention and attention to do things. So, think in a new way, think differently - and make your world a better place BE in.
